Tejado verde, un montón de ventajas

¡Hola amig@s!

Cada vez mas se ven tejados verdes, ya sea en chalets, casas de campo o incluso en grandes edificios. Estas cubiertas vegetales, poseen muchas ventajas mas allá de la estética. Aquí dejo algunos ejemplos para que veáis las bondades estéticas de un green, living o grass roof, ya sea un jardín en la azotea o sobre todo una cubierta verde estudiada.

Algunas ventajas:

– Reducen las superficies pavimentadas,
– Producen oxígeno y absorben CO₂,
– Filtran las partículas de polvo y suciedad del aire y absorben las partículas nocivas,
– Evitan el recalentamiento de los techos y con ello disminuyen los remolinos de polvo,
– Reducen las variaciones de temperatura del ciclo día – noche y
– Disminuyen las variaciones de humedad en el aire.
